Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated near several attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. While the staff were polite and helpful, our initial room experience left us disappointed due to maintenance and cleanliness issues. However, once we were moved to a refurbished room, our stay improved significantly. The restaurant options around the hotel were significant, adding to the overall experience, but the breakfast aspect could be enhanced.
I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to many historic sites. The room was modern and clean, with nice air conditioning and tea-making facilities. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, and while the staff was welcoming, the hotel had some quirks that might not be ideal for everyone.
The boutique hotel is in a prime location just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore Rome. The rooms were generally clean, though some were a bit cramped, and the service from the front desk staff was outstanding. On the downside, the breakfast offered was quite underwhelming for the price, and there were some concerns regarding room sizes, as they didn't match expectations based on the website.
Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to the issues with the room and service. It was centrally located, which was a plus, but the poor experience with customer service and inadequate conditions in the room really impacted my visit. The breakfast was simple and did not meet expectations either.
The hotel has a superb central location, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, which makes exploring the area so convenient. I enjoyed the overall cleanliness and modern touches of the rooms. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive at night, impacting my ability to get restful sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options were underwhelming and didn't meet expectations.
